I don't know. Not sure if there is a way to merge without both sides having unions or no union. Not sure why they can't make us merge and get ride of the union (maybe they can't. I don't know much about unions)

It would go to a vote. So it would depend on how the employee groups as a whole voted. It would be out of Inc's hands. Which pretty much all but assured it won't happen.

I'm sure the chances go up as we loose more planes and don't get new ones

If a pilot was starting out, should they go to SkyWest or ExpressJet?

Good point. Although that point probably won't be reached until XJT is down to 125 planes or less.

Anyone know the numbers on upcoming retirements of the CRJ and ERJ fleets?

I think a bunch of us on the crj are past ready to vote Alpo out of here. They took $1745.51 out of my pay last year. Then I get a bill from them early this year saying they didn't take enough and I owe them more!!! And what have I got from them?? A crummy TA a few years back and them endorsing crummy TA's at other regionals that make it harder for us to get gains on our next contract. And lets not forget the conflict of interest with Alpo representing the mainlines and regionals.

preciate ya Alpo

Awesome! I'll look forward to seeing you leading the charge to decertify! What did you say your name was again?

Nope. I won't be leading any charges. I fly my trip and go home. Nothing more. But put that vote in front of me and you know how I'll be voting.

And you are a big fan of alpo because why? Do you feel you have gotten your monies worth out of them? I can think of lots of things I could have done with the almost $1800 they took from me last year.

I'm relatively new here. So how would one put that vote out? And I'm being serious.
