What's up with doing 700/900 training, then being forced to finish your schedule on the 200. Are we partial dual qual now? Contract says:
C. Dual Qualification
The following examples will be considered separate single aircraft types:
a. CR7andCR9
b. CR2
c. AT7
A pilot (excluding instructor pilots, supervisory pilots, management pilots and administrative pilots) will only be required to maintain qualification on one (1) aircraft type as described above.

You only have to finish what you were awarded. You shouldn't get any more 200 flying after you are done with training if I understand it correctly.

What he said. Totally ridiculous that our "union" has chosen not to fight this, which is clearly dual qual. These amateurs who call themselves reps clearly don't understand precedent and how it effects you in negotiations. Unless their goal is to slowly move us toward dual qual, which I strongly suspect.

Where is the loophole that allows the partial dual qual? I searched all around the contract and can't find it

How can I finish what I'm awarded when I am newly qualified on another type? The contract clearly says line pilots only have to maintain qualification on one type. My 200 sked left over should be dropped to open time and then a 700/900 sked built for the the remainder of the month.

Section 24.K
You go to your new position on the effective date, remaining in your current position until then. There are exceptions for when consolidation would be interrupted, but that only applies to initial qualification, not differences. You are not maintaining qualification on two types, but your qualification hasn't yet lapsed for the old position.

What if you have a 200 trip that spills over into the first 3 days of March when the 700 effective date is the 1st? Haha
