The UAL/CAL integration gave UAL furloughs longevity credit and were integrated with active CAL pilots.
And the erj said hasn't gained anything disproportionately. It's just normal attrition. We seem to have less lifers.
I don't think there should be any fences at all (my opinion).

Just curious is there any way a person junior to me gets a line without any pre assigned credit/training/vacation? Been leaving messages with Alpa past two days but no call backs. Just scratching my head on this.. This is on CRJ side btw..thanks
