Should I do the math for you?

146 pilots at XJT is 3.2% of your pilot group.

16 pilots at PSA is......You guessed it. 3.2%.

This is irrelevant to what I was talking about though.
They just don't get it. 400 pilots under someone on the XJT ERJ is a drop in the bucket percentage wise. 30 airplanes to XJT upgrades some senior FOs. 30 airplanes to smaller regionals like PSA upgrades everybody.

They'll figure it out next year when Compass, Mesa and PSA folks are upgrading with less than 2 years on property. The QOL of 19 days off on $40ish/hr must be amazing!

For somebody who is so good at math you'd think you would have done it before voting in your awesome concessionary TA that provides thousands less than your peers. But as a typical scab you got yours.

Please be careful with the word 'scab'. Unless you know he/she crossed a picket line or flew struck flying, he/she isn't one.

Close to on average, some months lower, others higher. Highest was 130 on the nose, lowest was around 85. 130 had me at 18 days off, no vacation, and longest trip was a 2 day, and I only had 3 of those total and few day lines.

So our pay is about the same.....what else makes your contract so much better than ours?

It looks like your pay rate at 2.5 years would be 39 for the bigger airplane. That's 126 hours per month. How many days off are you getting for that credit?
Anywhere between 12 and 16. That's by persona choice also on the lower end. As I get more senior in base, I'm able to credit the same amount with more days off as I hold better trips.

Per diem is added, it is pay. I rarely every pick up open time anyways. But had my share of junior man pay. I typically pick up only from other crew members.

So in your 130+ hour month you are telling us that you credited over 10:30 hours per day you worked? I assume you either had 12 or 13 working days since you said you had 18 off. I find that hard to believe.

Not possible. No need to BS to PSA pilots, they know their place.
