What's wrong with you? The state of negotiations, and management's decision to merge the airlines have nothing to do with each other.

You are obviously an outside troll looking in with nothing useful to contribute.

And there's a new negotiating committee in town too.

The pilot with no Union doesn't realize he has no voice in the matter... Jerry will do with you whatever HE feels is best. Please do not be so naive.

Wow...the only shred of hope you all have left is a complete merger of all three airlines. Gee how did someone as smart as JA not figure this out sooner? Oh right, because it's the one idea that is completely off the table. Perhaps if Inc was run by someone who hadn't invested almost 40 years of their life to building, they might entertain the idea. As it is, SkyWest is JAs family business, from the beginning when no one would take it off their hands for free, to what they've built it into today. They sure as heck aren't letting a unionized pilot group dictate how they run their business. Maybe you can all hopefully outlive JA and the next guy won't be as sentimental. Good luck!

Exactly. Couldn't be more on the money. All that XJT/ASA's management is doing right now is extracting as much $$$$$ as possible from the aircraft. They are going to sacrifice the pilots' for thier $$$$$. Yet, some don't see it coming. Every pilot there should jump ship, or accept the fact that they WILL be starting all over again. Everything is going as planned for management, they knew the TA would never pass.

maybe not a unionized group. what about the board of directors? What about annoyed shareholders? SKYW... is a publicly traded company. They do a very good job with brainwashing you people. Try reading about how public companies work. just saying

So I guess you are only applying to non union airlines am I correct? You don't want to work for a company that is run by a pilot union.

And JA is President of the Board. Hard to argue with that, huh?

I sort of agree, but still baffled by all of the manager-shifting that has occurred in ATL. Trying to save face perhaps?
It does seem that the top brass has lost hope to turn XJT around, just bleeding us dry. If they really cared, is it really possible to screw up so badly?
