Why is it some people always revert to personal attacks? I have a theory but it would be a personal attack so I'll refrain.

I never applied at ASA. In fact I only applied at three regionals. And my main reason why I applied at two of the three were because they had the best contracts. The other was only for commuting reasons.

I just did my recurrent, and the word is mid February for the kick off for the new checklist. So if you are going in second half of February.... Have fun!

February 17th is the date I was told in RGT. Lots of good things, lots of things that'll definitely be different though. Get ready to be sitting at the gate a little bit longer running through the list.

It depends on how they roll it out. For example, does anybody actually say 'stable', and does everybody know what I mean by that? Flew with a guy who looked at me and said "What's that? Some kind of new call out we're supposed to do?"

There will be CBT via eCampus coming out soon for the new checklist with the new checklist hitting the line mid-February. Lot's of changes with the new checklist, and people will have to make the effort and put in the time to really learn it. It will be a big transition, and it is hard to break old habits and ways of doing things, and I'm sure there will be people that just won't get with the program (e.g. new stable callout). New Hires in training right now are already using the new checklist and won't even see the one we are using right now.

Been there doucher. Now who's complaining? Have you ever been furloughed? I've been there too. Sounds like you have an entitlement issue to me. News flash, this is a forum and we are pilots that's what we do, complain. So come back when you realize that life isn't fair and this is the airline industry, people get proper ****ed all the time. Don't like it? Go fly a desk then. Life's not fair there either
