I don't have a problem with pilots pointing out their concerns. I do have a problem with pilots not substantiating statements like "you're
oversimplifying". Sounds a bit hypocritical.

If a pilot believes there is a misconception, please point out why prior to posting. It's only fair.

Sure. Fear that voting no will cost me money. Fear that itll take 18 months to reach a second TA and I never make up the losses. Fear that our demands in TA2 will cost us something else. It is a negotiation, remember?

If I'm voting out of fear, what is your vote based on? Recklessness? Fantasy? Overly optimistic, and unrealistic expectations?

Either way is fine. I don't blame you for voting no. But I don't have a problem defending my decision to do what I believe is the safest financial decision.

Can you promise me that I wont lose money if this is voted down? Of course you cant.

I promise you you won't lose money. In fact.... you'll get what you survived on for the last 11 years.

From what I'm gathering on the line from yes voters is this, "not a great TA at all, but I'm scared of what's behind door 2." Sounds a lot like the last election. So it's logic vs emotion. Logically we all know this TA is crap so that leaves individuals to decide based on emotion. True that we don't know what's behind door 2. However, do you really think with the legacies cranking up hiring, our growth kicking in, and despite what some think a good economy, do you think you'll end up with less? I suggest everyone read the post on FB pertaining to Delta.
