TAFB is a better indication than block about how much I’m working. If I’m in a hotel or DH I’m still gone from home. Feel free to disagree but I don’t like to have less than 14 days off a month (regardless of block hours). If I get below that then I feel that I’m “working too much.”

are you crediting 126/mo? how? if you don't have an average of 126 credit/month, you're not making 320k at your 210 pay rate.

Anything over 82 credit pays 125% so getting to 126 credit is easy that said I like my 19 days off.

That includes a bonus in excess of $60k... he might also be including the DC... I said I’m going to make over 300k this year... that does include my bonus but not the DC... I don’t think I’ve credited 100 hours once this year... that said, October and November will be over 250 credit combined

I’ve heard around 10ish in November and big classes starting in December instead of the January. One, we don’t plan ahead at Frontier and two, we don’t communicate so that’s the best I think anyone can tell you.
