Literally anything with decent wheels. TravelPro is just fine.

A bunch of us have the heavy duty Luggage Works bags, myself included. I'm thinking I'll go for a lighter weight bag whenever I find one I like. The LW behemoth served me well when we had to hang a 30 lb. flight case off the LW bag strap, but now that we're carrying iPads I'm having a hard time justifying the extra weight of the Luggage Works monster. I think a more standard roller suitcase would be more than adequate and might be just the ticket to keep me from straining my aging back.
Just my opinion. Really, anything will be fine.

There's really nothing special about the Airbus that would call for a specific bag. Plenty of room for whatever you choose.

I think they have been running 3 days of interviews per month, every month. There is no new hire class in October, but they are running new hire classes every month going forward. The fleet will more than double in five years. You are going to want to get a hold of them and get an interview scheduled.

First:The FO stows his/her bag in front of the sliding jumpseat (with the seatbelt lassoed over to keep it from slamming the back of FO seat on roll-out). The location of the FO's bag apparently is a welcoming seat for FAs to sit on when they come up front to tell jokes, complain, etc. They won't ask, they'll just sit on it. If my bag had been ANYTHING but a Luggageworks it would have been crushed under the weight. You may laugh but it's true, buy whatever works under normal conditions after you upgrade in 2 years.
Second: The weight really isn't an issue, even if you commute (on us). You'll probably won't be throwing a beast, like the Luggageworks, into an overhead often unless you like to non-rev everywhere on your time off. Commuters throw their bags in the cockpit (normally). Besides pulling it out of your trunk, you're already paying the van driver a buck to haul that lead brick in/out of the van. If you carry any kind of combination cooler/iPad bag around on the J-hook, the weight of the Luggageworks almost perfectly balances in the rolling position.
For these reasons I'll be sticking with my Luggageworks!

Serious consideration for the two years you'll spend as an FO and thereafter.

Now I place it wheels out, front pocket against the jumpseat, as this seems to transition the weight along it's strongest section. Better yet why don't I just stop being lazy and put the dang thing where it belongs? Naaaa
