I see the announcement of the new hiring bonus program is coming out later today.
Has the union put out details of the TA that is up for a vote yet?
New: $15K for the Q400, $10K for the E-175. $5K is at the end of your first year, the balance, ($10K or $5K), upon the completion of IOE.

That pretty vague, based on how things have been under current leadership, it better be in writing what is changing before we vote

Well 25K sounds pretty attractive for fellows as myself about to apply, but if the schedule sucks and there is no ties for the bonus , I see a lot of people getting the cash and staying the least possible time . Good for current F/O's extra cash never hurts !!

The only people that will vote yes to this lunacy are the ones that want the $15k before they jump ship. Thanks for making first year pay at a major more affordable.
Everyone else should vote no. This has no benefit for anyone who is senior and has no plans to leave QX.. What a piece of garbage! Still a four year seat lock and no pay raise except for FOs... This a joke?!
The company sent an email last week saying it would be a 4.5 min credit daily value for trips and now its only 4.2? Why the reduction? Super disappointing.

50% fail training because of the quality people they are hiring.
8-10 is more like 4-5 that make it through training.
