Lot of "newhire" pay talk. What about the Love for the guys who made Horizon what it is... only mention of the word "Captain" is to get these new hires the quick upgrade they "deserve"...

Well 25K sounds pretty attractive for fellows as myself about to apply, but if the schedule sucks and there is no ties for the bonus , I see a lot of people getting the cash and staying the least possible time . Good for current F/O's extra cash never hurts !!

Ever since they started doing their 10k bonus classes have been bigger, I'd say the average now is between 8-10.

The only people that will vote yes to this lunacy are the ones that want the $15k before they jump ship. Thanks for making first year pay at a major more affordable.

Everyone else should vote no. This has no benefit for anyone who is senior and has no plans to leave QX.. What a piece of garbage! Still a four year seat lock and no pay raise except for FOs... This a joke?!

The company sent an email last week saying it would be a 4.5 min credit daily value for trips and now its only 4.2? Why the reduction? Super disappointing.

1-2 per class take the money and bail because they dont care about never going to a glorified regional (AS). Which is also why the new bonus is trying to be paid after IOE.

50% fail training because of the quality people they are hiring.

8-10 is more like 4-5 that make it through training.

do ERJ FOs not get a seat lock? and does the seat lock stay in effect after you upgrade?


on that other topic:
it does seem unfair that existing FOs get both a raise and 15$ and captains only the bonus
