It seems so silly to me or maybe I’m just crazy, but those guys are going to benefit with a new contract. Don’t see what the big deal is. At the very least, support the dudes who volunteer their free time for all of our benefit.

You either are a member or you pay a contract maintenance fee (equal to dues payment).
If you chose not to do either then your employment will be terminated. At Endeavor we went after those non-members and they all eventually either joined or payed the fee in fear of losing their job.
