Southerner, you have a good point. We should fly SOP per ALPA directives. If you seem to think we are recommending illegal job actions, then we need should give you the benefit of the doubt. If you think it, then undoubtedly some kangaroo court can too. Would you mind re-iterating specific examples of what you think are illegal job actions so we can at least address it before it becomes an issue?

Bluedriver isn’t the problem. The company’s lack of offering a market rate contract is the problem. The other problem is we have some at this airline rowing in the wrong direction, not doing what the union asks us to do in order to achieve the contract, ie wear a lanyard, follow SOPs, and do only your job...nothing more nothing less.

Guys....hyperboy wears a lanyard. Southerner doesn’t. Hyperboy supports and volunteers for the union. Southerner doesn’t. Both have (or had in southerners case) company jobs. Both are super pro company, but HB is also pro union. Southerner works against us all the time. Hyperboy just wants to help this place out and tries to serve two masters. Southerner just likes cleaning airplanes and getting paid less than his peers. Hyperboy usually rows in the pilots’ direction (actually he is literally super hyper and rows in a lot of directions at once), and I’d rather have him in a quasi-management position than a southerner. He’s not the enemy.
