I will add one thing to my most recent post. Most 135 operators would prefer not to hire 121 regional guys. As soon as the hiring market returns, they will jump ship, sometimes breaking contracts with short notice, leaving the 135 operator in a tough spot, so as others have said, you have a shot.

Insurance companies also have a major influence on how hiring works, the more experienced a pilot group is the lower the premiums are. In harder times that can add to the bottom line.

That tells you right there that Boutique is looking for pilots with 122 experience.

It doesn’t tell you that at all. It could be the exact opposite. It could be because they’re concerned, especially during times of furlough, that you may leave after the airline jobs open back up. It could mean a number of things. It’s just an informational question. The question itself gives you no indication of why they’re asking.

In a nutshell -CEO slashed minimum guarantee to $35K/year.
He did so understanding the stipulations of the CARES act.
Wisely and beneficially for him, he did this prior to applying for and accepting CARES act money, thus only being required to pay pilots the lesser rate despite receiving over 8 million dollars in federal aid.
Im not sure if this is still the case, someone still with the company may have more information.
