Does anyone have a link to an announcement by Jeppesen stating when they are stopping the printing service? I have heard the same thing, and I believe it, but not sure if they have actually announced it. It seems that as long as they are making money on it, they will keep printing (until they make more money on digital versions).
The headline reads "Jepp Stops the Presses", but I'm sure only a few people actually read the article.

As of today at least iPads for all of the Indoc stuff and a lot of systems info is self study it seems. EFBs were mentioned and are considered a priority for the reasons mentioned but waiting on a collaborative proposal from wholly-owned carriers.

The gentleman that was working with the company on getting us iPads was hired at mainline a few months ago. From what I have heard, everything involved with it was put on the back burner. But now that the new hires are getting them, only for training, makes me wonder if someone has picked up where he left off. My question is this. Do any current operators keep a paper back up of the charts and such just in case the iPads break?
