Agreed. It's kind of embarrassing reading some of my fellow Envoy pilots rooting for bad things to happen at other airlines. It's trashy and unbecoming. It's time to stop the blame game and band together. The past is in the past. The future will be better for all the WO's of we work together. Much easier said than done, as you can see by the emotions on display in this thread.

If you're not a psa pilot, disregard, but if you are, are you f-ing serious? Everyone was tying to band together years ago when the psa pilot group sold all regional pilots out knowing exactly what they were doing. And now that you're quick upgradezzzzz isn't working out as planned you want to band together? Go f yourself. You made your bed, now it's time to lay in it

Whole Heartily agree. Now that the gravy train has gained lots of viscosity, we now should band together and sing songs. Don't think that will happen anytime soon.

This a million of times! Envoy FOs lost about $80k waiting for upgrade for two years, because PSA voted yes.

Now that the times are not that good, you guys want to stick together?

Where are the stats on this?

How many 145's were given away to other carriers.
We have 12 or less of your crappy planes that weren't apart of the deal that was signed. No one knew.

Y'all signed your contract for more shiny jets too and your industry leading retention bonus with a "me too" clause for when we get something better.

Let's see...

15 to Xjet = 97.5 CA seats
15 TSA = 97.5 CA seats
12 PSA = 78 CA seats
20 Compass = 130 CA seats
3 PDT so far = 19.5 CA seat
Total = 422.5 CA Seats lost since Jan 2014

With those numbers all the guys until about half of 2011 hires were supposed to be CAs by 2013. Which it also match the 2012 PSA guys that are CAs now...

All because PSA couldn't stand together. It was a snow ball effect related to the contract war between AAG and envoy fighting to keep the BK contract.

What all this accomplished? A couple of things...

-as the envoy pilots said before, neither TSA, RAH, PSA, PDT can't staff the flying. It took 2 years and pilot shuffling from regional to regional, but is here.
- AAG loss 1,200 pilots between flow, guys moving to other regionals and LCC at envoy.
- AAG now is giving money for people to come at us + the retention bonus. Also the money they still own 3/4 of the FOs here (5k in 2017, by the 2014 contract).
-AAG moving flying back to envoy, due to others unable to staff their contracts.
-People preffering to go RAH, Mesa, TSA, Commutair. Instead of coming at PSA/PDT/ENY.

Why can't you just accept AA treats psa better for a reason. You guys are inferior over there, if you can accept that, then you'll feel less of a need to come over to this thread and post your nonsensical musings.

You say that like its a bad thing? The only pilots were interested in screwing over is Envoy pilots. They continue to lower the bar by voting in concessions 4x in a row. You are getting everything you deserve and we are always happy to stick a knife in your back.

I wanted a East Coast airline with cheap bases. PSA was on par when I started here and I held a line out of IOE. No one else could offer that. I'm here to adjust from military flying to 121 flying and with a few more hours I'll move on. But you stay wrapped up in the drama. Call me a whiner, couldn't care less. It just highlights your lack of reading comprehension. And no, there's more to the spectrum than just the extreme of old geezer, which you try to portray with all your newbie comments, and a young snot nosed insecure kids, such as yourself. Maybe if you quit trying to be something you're not on an anonymous forum, people wouldn't assume the wrong thing. Try not calling people newbie until you've been out of mom and dad's house for at least 10 years and have adulted for at least 5.
You don't have to justify yourself to that scum bag, they're beneath you. We can do whatever the hell we want, Dougie at AA loves us a whole lot more than those so called pilots at Envoy.
