It seems like PSA is the place to go now. I read on airline pilot central profiles about psa's unproductive trips but this bonus seems to negate that.
Endeavor is.
Make way more money, upgrade faster. Way better contract as well

So then PSA is the BEST? Just curious; How does the pay work for
me after someone finishes training and is assigned a line in Charlotte part way through the month of training?

Um...those days are over. It was happening about 16 months ago. Not anymore.

PSA is NOT the best.

I would say you are correct. Block or better, but the CLT lines are pretty good so you should be all set pay wise.

Cmon dude.

If you are displaced mid trip you go home with pay protection. How on earth is this a concession.

And yes limits were removed for none IOE displacements.
Previously there was no limit at all. The company decided they wanted to do this. You think if we voted no the company wouldn't displace you more than 2 days out?

Don't be naive.

That's the thing, you don't go home pay protected. They leave you on for part of the trip now and then add things onto you. You only go home is they notify you less than 24 hours in advance now. Once you're out flying that turn they left on you, you become a short call until they release you with no option to call last out. Much worse. At least before you could go home and call last out.

Oh I'm certain that due to no language at all the company would do whatever they wanted, whenever they want to cover the whatever crisis they created. It just seemed that they stuck to no more than 48 out because there is language about trip trades. I pointed out the conflict back in October before the vote and told a fix was in the works. Still waiting.......

Exactly. They interpret the OR as an AND. It was a convenient way to make line holders into reserves.

You're a total tool. I think you've been rejected on farmersonly.com a few too many times. Let your recruiters do the recruiting and refrain from these pitiful posts please. It's painful to watch.
