Days went critical plenty during the month. That's how I used to make money. I watched it closely and have been still watching it.

Also, often it just takes one pilot picking up a trip to prevent a day from going critical (if we have a hard staffing number on the reserve grid that doesn't change as reserves change).

I'm not so sure the original voters on that contract care... Most of them are at mainline now and laughing all the way to the bank. Those of us here now are working hard to improve things.

I've heard this argument a lot. The second you walked into your new hire class on that contract , you voted for it. Take off your blinders
