No 10k second year sorry. That is for FOs only and you had to be on property May 1st. New hires don't get it. So you will take a pay cut year two

Though, there have been guys who got a 10-15K Bonus AND hired prior to 5/1, so apparently they'll get both.

Per this months seniority list, the most junior "flow" had a PSA hire date of October 3, 2005. Don't know where you heard that we, (or any other AA wholy owned) had a 4 year flow but nah, baby, nah.

Our most junior "flow" spent nearly 11 years pushin' PSA R.J.'s across the sky.

As for quick upgrades, we have about 500 First Officers and we're upgrading 4 per month. You do the math.
