What is the attitude of your pilots towards your recruiters?

I can't imagine being a recruiter for PSA.

A majority are liked and respected. I think a few sell the truth and don't spread the propaganda.

The 2 I heard at my old college speaking to future students about the cadet program, were selling nothing but propaganda. I'm guessing the majority tell the truth because no one is showing up.

I came on board in February and Aug 1 was my last day of work.

You have to be on property when it pays out

That'd be pretty brutal. Looks like only 4 direct flights a day to CLT, and 2 of those are basically red-eyes. I'd think airlines centered more west coast to midwest would suit your needs much better.
