I don't know anyone thinking of doing this. Especially when the WOs are genuinely one of the best places to be right now.

Well, the taxes would be the employee's problem. You would have to give back the $15K and then file an amended tax return to hopefully get back what the govt. took. This would really be difficult if the taxes were divided up between Fed, State and City...
If someone isn't planning on staying, I think it may be a good idea to just not accept the bonus. If someone doesn't want to stay for two years, then not sure why they would want to work there at all?

Depends on base.. I think I'm really close for like next month or two for DAY but still 3-6 months for CLT with current growth.

PHL is not a base for us and likely never will be. DCA on the other hand...

Not sure when the next class available would be. First of Feb maybe. And my crystal globe tells me upgrade is around 2 years for this next wave of new hires. Piedmont has similar pay, a PHL base and they are the ones flying the 145. I'd ask them. Best of luck.

Late Jan early Feb, although some are bypassing on December classes because of Holidays so there's an outside chance mid December is possible.
18-24 months conservative guess, could be less if the classes stay full
Never for PHL, that's a Piedmont base

Anything else PM me. If you're looking for a referral I'm sure there are plenty of people here that would jump on it. I'm only good for info.
