To the new guys, welcome aboard! If you havent noticed already alot of people ***** and moan over some stupid ****. Just ignore em and keep on moving, this place aint so bad. Ive heard people complain over some petty **** from pillows, headsets, and spilled crumbs. Avoid the negativity and dont wind up like them.

Some guys like to let their feet dangle when they are flying.

The people are solid, the crews are awesome, the flying is pretty good, the planes are safe, and the overnights aren't bad... some of them are really good. I have enjoyed my time here and at the same time I am looking forward to making the move to my career destination. Good luck with your decision.
My experience and opinions has been exactly the same as Dubz. I have been here almost a year and I already hold a Rd1 line and SAP like crazy. The negativity you see here is not reflected on a day to day basis. There is a very small fringe element that are unhappy, no matter where they are. Surprisingly, ive found way more negativity from the mainline pilots that I encounter than regional folks. The grass aint always greener and the extra money sometimes dont make up for ****ty QOL. If commute is a big thing, go with it. You gotta do whats best for your situation. No one looks to make a career at a regional, unless maybe they live in a base and are good making 100k'ish as a career captain. I dont say that to be cynical either. A person could make a pretty QOL living in Dayton Ohio making what some of our senior captains make.

Default TallFlyer's feet

Tall Flyer's feet don't dangle, he peddles the radar antenna back and forth with his toes. Michael 39%
