PSA info

The snapshot that occurred at the beginning of the year was of current and fully qualified captains. None of the guys in the Dec upgrade class became fully qualified by the snapshot, so ALL the ones who passed will count toward increasing the flow number.

AAG doesn't honor the flow at envoy, where the over staffing is so huge they have zero time lines AND reserves who don't fly. What makes you think AAG will honor the flow increase at PSA who has no over staffing?

We are being metered to 30 pilots per month, when contractually we are supposed to be allotted 50% of all new hire slots at American Airlines. We have only sent 60 flow through pilots this year when we should've sent 70. As of right now 59.5% of all new hires at American have been street hires. 40% of our entire pilot group is sitting on reserve, all personal vacation days are being denied as well as all requests to drop partial or full trips. The company argues that they do not have to make it whole until the end of the year. Meanwhile, an increasing percentage of envoy pilots lose seniority every month to new hires. While the company meters pilots needlessly, when in all reality we are ridiculously over staffed and could actually afford to furlough pilots which contractually would allow us one hundred percent of all the slots at American Airlines.

Out of the Charlotte Buisness Journal.
"Piedmont Airlines Inc. is ramping up its workforce at Charlotte Douglas International Airport with 300 new jobs this year.
Piedmont, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group Inc. (NASDAQ:AAL), announced Tuesday in a news release that the expansion is driven by American's decision to operate a larger regional aircraft at CLT. American's current 50-seat Bombardier CRJ-200 aircraft will be replaced with a 76-seat CRJ-900 plane."

We're also now being told not to expect any new hires/flow throughs at American for May, June, and July to make room for the TWA/AA guys that have been furloughed for approxmately 15 years as they are anticipating that they will fill all class slots for those three months. Also, no flow through/New hires for December as that's when American will try to catch up their ever growing training bubble for the year.

Let me guess, you didn't want them anyways right?
"Fleet Update: Envoy to operate CRJ-700s longer than planned
February 25th, 2016
Dear Envoy team –
Today, I’m pleased to provide an update to our fleet plan that will increase the number of aircraft operated by Envoy this year.
Bombardier CRJ-700 (CR7) Aircraft
While the ultimate goal is still to have Envoy become an all-Embraer operator, American has advised us that the transfer of CR7 aircraft from Envoy to PSA has been deferred, and we can expect to continue operating all 35 of our existing CR7 aircraft through the end of 2016.
I’m delighted to see all of the positive momentum at Envoy this year and appreciate all of your efforts that make it possible. Our operational performance in recent months has been outstanding and we have much to look forward to in the coming months.
Please continue to work safely, have fun and look out for each other and our passengers.
Thank you,
xxxx-xxx"
