I am actually working on something else. I can assure you if it works out, I will be out of here and I won't look back.
Hopefully I am wrong! I hope you have contingency plans in the event that it doesn't. With the current state of the economy and this industry, if you don't have a back up plan you are playing with fire.

did planning have off for columbus day? Currently there are only 4 short calls out of 20 reserves, and the rest LC... I get switch EVERY SINGLE DAY 100% no doubt.........but today, they must have forgotten to switch all of us for tomorrow......... yay

If anybody gets a random ferry flight to BNA at 5am you might be taking it to get painted. I got to do it but it being comair nobody knew what was going on. Ops gave us a gate then as we were pulling in they called us and said we had to go to the "hangar". So about 10 minutes later they tell us which hangar and to go to the Embraer hangar. Apparently they are painting some of our planes. So with this fun taxi around nashville we miss the first flight back to cvg and got 4 hours of bna airport appreciation. So if you get a BNA ferry flight find out why you are doing it and look at flights back to cvg.

That's interesting, BNA is where United Airlines has all of it's regional aircraft painted.... hmmmmmm

Okay, I'm just being stupid, but surprised to hear that we're still painting planes. Didn't seem like ours were getting painted anymore. Gotta get them painted for the new owners I guess.

Hey guys, just wanted to comment on something positive right now. Has anyone looked at the key performance indicators for the month? We are near the top, so I want to say congrats to the entire Comair team. I don't think we've seen ourselves this high on the Key Performance Indicator scale in awhile. Keep up the good work and if we do well we will have a better chance of obtaining more flying!! Hang in there during the tough times too!
