Actually it doesn't sound too bad. Unless Healthcare is like 800 dollar a month for a family.

How's health, 401K etc?

i see no mention of reserve rules, scope, pdo's or sick time, 76+ seat pay, cobasing, health care.....only yay we're finally on par with skywest/awac/xjt/horizon payscales. devil is in the details, theres a reason the union is against this. and correct me if i'm wrong, but since this was done circumventing the union, doesnt the grievance process go out the window? and the company can change/interpret the cba as they see fit?

i couldnt agree more. this is a 100% garbage precedent that is being set forth and upheld in this industry. this is a duty requiring you to be there for work and a work function..nothing less and simple as that. Same with premium pay. 125% above 87hrs? thats complete nonsense. OT should be paid like every other industry.....time and a half for any day you arent scheduled to work. Period. why are airlines always somehow exempt from paying fairly?
