Hogwash. I just ask people looking at this company not to listen to this type of negative talk. I know I will never change Avromans mindset on this, but his mindset is not based in reality.

The company will give you commuter protection if you use LGA and give enough time to get to JFK, making DTW easily protected JFK commutable. I believe they even allow EWR as an option for commuting. That makes 16 flights a day to NYC from MSP. Seems like plenty and enough that get you to JFK before noon with commuter protection. Endeavor management has been very forgiving with the call in honest policy bettering the QOL of commuting pilots.

As for the joint domicile. The LGA 200 most Jr lineholding Capt is a May 15 hire. Wouldn't make much a difference if it was Co-domicile. You probably would loose some commutability, but that's about all.

I am not one to drink the Kool-Aid, I am also not one to eat sour grapes. I think some of the doom and gloom comes from guys who have been here 8 or more years. A lot of those years were bad and not quickly forgotten. That has caused them to search out the outlining negative points to justify their negative emotions about the company based on a company that no longer exists. When considering what this company can offer a new pilot we really need to look at facts and not anecdotal emotional arguments not based on current facts. This place is doing well at the moment and doing well for the pilot group. Will it continue for the next 5 years, who knows. I do know that if new pilots listen to the few yelling sour grapes they are missing a great opportunity.

Wait wait. People should listen to all the talk. Only suckers listen to the positive crap only. If you can prove he's wrong about the two flights then post the flight numbers that prove it. Otherwise you're just shouting him down because you know he's right or two lazy.

Im a ny commuter from a big city in florida and even I have to come in a day early sometimea or stay a day after. If that's just too damn much for someone to deal with, fine.

This company cares about the new hires, not the senior guys. If you're considering coming here remember the NY base is where you're headed. Senior guys are gonna be rightfully ****ed about lots of stuff, they will continue to be left out in the cold by EDV because they don't want them around. Most people would move on, but it's not that bad anymore and apparently reserve ain't that bad here as a well paid captain.

This is a regional. Come here, get your time, leave. If you get stuck here it doesn't suck.

This should be heard. Listen, no regional is gonna be as good as a mainline carrier in terms of pay or stability, but when it rings outs Endeavor is seriously one of the best options.

Before noon today from MSP to NYC. 3738 went with 30 open, 1996 went with 86 open, 3967 went with 46 open. For the rest of the day 1743, 1796, 6218, 2137, 3705, 120, 640, 6208, 1264, 2296, 5857, 2620, 1596. All but three have double digit open seats.

Four of these are direct JFK 3787, 2173, 649, 2620

I have to commute in a the night before someones, that's part of the airline industry, it doesn't matter if you're legacy, LCC, or regional. You can't complain if your choice is the most senior base in the system and you are on RSV and there opportunity for more days off, more income, and more schedule flexibility available to you. If the opportunity EDV offers a 8 year pilot is not good enough, than you are probably in the wrong industry.

Rsv life here is terrible I will give you that. But rsv in base is absolutely way better than commuting for a line.
Scheduling will totally abuse you if you don't know the rules so learn the contract and enforce it and life gets a little better. Takes more than 9 yrs to hold a line in dtw on the 200 Capt side that is. Way more so on the avro. I mean 900
