The only problem is, the DGI is contingent on upgrading to captain, and that is contingent on growth of the fleet because there are a large number of captains who have been unsuccessful at the interview who have not left, and every time 10 pilots interview, another 5 or so will be added. This phenomenon will not entirely stop interviews but it will slow it enough to make it meaningless, unless we continue to grow. ^^^^^this so right. A flow is not what any new hire or recent hire would need/should want. DGI better defined and in the contract is what I am looking for. I think that’s what they are saying with job security. Personally if I go for the interview and get a NO that’s it I leave Endeavor and go fly closer to home. The sooner I get that answer the better.
