Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
No, as this deal would be done before the amendable date of the current contract, all we might get close to that is one last retention payment in January with the new pay taking effect Jan 1. Wait til Wednesday to know for sure, but I'd bet my next bonus check that's what would be set up.

So, he gets paid to not fly those flights.
Then, on the days off he now has from getting kicked off the flights, he picks up the green/yellow slips (whichever one, I can't remember the color) for 2x pay.

Your inability to understand what some of us are trying to tell you does not mean we have to break it down to kindergarten level for you any further. I get it. Life is unfair, and you want fair. I have no issues with that. Trouble is, what is fair for YOU is unfair for someone else. But I doubt you care much about that.

So 140 planes now, with and additional 20 to 40 in the future. That doesn't sound like a sinking ship. At what point do people stop wanting to pretend the airline hasn't turned around?

All I did was argue that we should be working to restore our pay structure to something that more accurately reflects the historical norm. In a thread full of people that feel they are owed a job at Delta, and crying bloody murder over a very minor cut in hard pay that will likely be made up by improvements in soft pay, somehow I became the entitled snowflake. The bonus structure cost our average line pilot nearly 5 thousand dollars last year. It cost me over 10. If either of you would like to have an actual discussion over the substance of my post, I'd be happy to oblige.
The issue I took with your post was the way you declared the current system unfair to you and favoring others. That’s why I felt you were acting like a snowflake, that’s why I pointed out life isn’t fair. You might be wonderfully unexceptional and actually a great person. Your post just didn’t come off that way.

Don’t you know we’ll be replaced by Skywest/robots any day now?
