I’m not arguing either way. I’m pointing out that your ridiculous “it’s unfair” statement is whiny and points to entitlement. Since you haven’t gotten it yet, my point is, life is not fair. Someone is going to be happy and someone is going to be unhappy no matter which way this goes.

No the sky is not falling. This is a good place to work, we're treated well, paid well, and have lots of growth coming over the next year. Outside of a flow, this contract will put us in a good position. If you want job security past 10 years in the future, go to a major.

+2... Great local craft beer, numorous food options, ball games, as mentioned. One of the loudest whiners on here, Jack Links loves the airport hotel.

The more I think about flow the dumber I think it is. Let's say we get it and flow 15 a month to Delta. To current new hires it would be nearly 8-10 years. I would have to imagine with today's hiring market you could get hired somewhere else sooner. Honestly in my opinion the DGI makes things happen faster

I understand it's no easy task. My point being, fair or not, this is the regional industry. Job security and regional airline are oil and water. I'd like additional job security, but I have zero expectation of getting it.

^^^^^this so right. A flow is not what any new hire or recent hire would need/should want. DGI better defined and in the contract is what I am looking for. I think that’s what they are saying with job security. Personally if I go for the interview and get a NO that’s it I leave Endeavor and go fly closer to home. The sooner I get that answer the better.
People need to have applications in everywhere they want to go. A flow is not the answer. Create connections in this industry be outgoing don’t just wait for them to come to you.

Yes, life is unfair. I make more per hour than you at 74 than you do at 110. I also probably pay 1/10 of what you do for health insurance. It’s unfair that you lose out on so much beer money monthly, eh?
And don’t let’s get started on state income tax. I probably have you beat there, as well. Ever what shall we put into the contract that will even the playing field? I am not starting to feel really guilty for going to work. It’s. Just. Not. Fair.
