I commend Expressjet for having better benefits. However the big benefit missing there today is job security.

Either way they are all better than non union SKW which everyone seems to conveniently forget about and their past undercutting of good regional contracts.
Also, while I am Union and support it, there are many succesful labor groups that are not.

Skywest did win a bid to operate 200s for Airways at the same rate that Mesa was operating their Dash 8s. I would call that undercutting.
