We had a rat once in the galley cart, lol. I can assure you that has happened at every airline, and will continue to happen.

In his previous post he mentioned it was for FAs, which I hadn't heard. I don't think this was to scare us into thinking it was for us if the DL LOA fails. I really do not believe crew rooms are part of the brave new world of in-base training. Waaay too many distractions.

Not even counting conflicts for travel, at a minimum every pilot on 12-13 days off must have training put on their working days so they don't go below min days off. This requires the company to staff a certain number of extra pilots to cover those in training. Those extra pilots boost your relative seniority which controls when you can hold a domicile or upgrade. The company will no longer be required to staff those extra pilots if everyone including those with 12-13 day off lines now trains on days off.

I'll be the "at my last airline" guy too.
We had a rat on one of our aircraft, even had a write up in the maintenance log book and pilot read files to be aware of the existence of rat traps positioned strategically around the aircraft.
This lawsuit seems to belong to the "frivolous and treasure hunting variety".

Apparently we're being sued because the O2 masks were never deployed during that engine failure out of DFW, you know.......the oxygen masks THAT DEPLOY IF YOU LOSE CABIN PRESSURE. Lol. The passengers are also sueing because of our "cutting corners" Mx wise. What a joke
"One plane flew 3,222 miles past a required maintenance check, according to the investigation results."
Lol. Where's the odometer again?
well, I hate being this guy but "at my last airline" which happened to have a really good training department, CBTs and other distance learning was approved in the Crew Rooms. Crew Rooms where Flight Attendants practically lived as well as watched TV and had cat fights
Was it in its own area or right in the middle of the congregating area?
