I don't see ANY jeBlue pilots on here bashing Spirit.
All of the jetBlue l and g posts have turned into a civil war.
I hope you do pass us in pay, so when we do our pay review ( if we ever do) it will up the avg because the leadership has been after us to put Spirit and Virgin into the mix.
But if you want to think we are all high and mighty and jetBlue go for it.

Is there anyone at all getting hired at Spirit that have not attended a job fair? If so, what's the secret?

Not sure what the secret is. 19 people interviewed on Friday and almost everyone I have heard from so far has gotten a thanks but no thanks email, including me. One guy I know of got a class date.

One of the guys in my class was never able to make it to a job fair, but I believe his application was in with Spirit for a LONG time.

It can happen, but I'd make every effort to make it to one of the job fairs.

That's a bummer. Sorry to hear you got a no thanks email. That's a huge bummer because I know how excited you were about the interview opportunity.

Put me in the same catagory. Got the rejection as well today via email. It seems like the larger interview group might be the future of having the ability to review pilots at a much larger numbers.

It was as advertised (the interview) but the acceptance rate was much lower this time. It was a very good experience and I hope to have another shot in six months. Best to those who are in the running and hopefuls.
