The assumption that you are totally correct in your position, and that anyone who disagrees with your position is totally wrong does far more damage to unity than anything I could possibly accomplish if I spent every waking minute trying to do so.

I disagreed with the SPA ALPA power structure about the best way to accomplish the pilots business and your response has been to block me from committees, from the training dept, run whisper campaigns that I've cost SPA ALPA wins in arbitrations, and constantly make fun of the DFW pilots who get together for BBQ and beer.

When the MEC politely declined to accept my offer to take the Training Committee which had NO MEMBERS NOR CHAIRMAN AT THE TIME(!!!!!), it became painfully obvious that the SPA ALPA leadership group wasnt interested inclusion, and/or unity.

Now, I return to my regularly scheduled sarcasm.
well said... and I think the proper term is hypocrite.

I don't think they allow people who dare question the all-mighty MEC.

FWIW, loads into and out of MCI were fairly light back when I was doing Delta Connection and United Express flying there, too. Always had open seats, and that was with RJs.

Capacity for MCI has already seen a short term adjustment in November/December (excluding peak holiday weeks) this past week.

MCI-IAH - Daily to 4x Weekly
MCI-DFW - Daily to 4x Weekly

A curiosity look at my MCI flights over the next couple of days shows loads of over 85%.

Who is so busy they can't take a quick survey? Holy crap, you can do it while you're waiting for the Dot Z.

Lmao. Survey? They know what they are going to ask for. What makes you think ALPA is going to listen to us? Have they yet?

Yep. Last time QOL was voted 1st and pay 2nd. Hence, we lost 150% OT, no ESOP, no profit sharing, new-hire pay cut, no red-eye override, ridiculously written international override which excludes most destinations, lousy pay raise and embarrassing/offensive signing bonus. But, we did retain or keep our 4-days off in a row (but rarely see 5 now). Yay! Oh, we did get that screwed up red-green thing which got fixed 4 years later with the "expedited arbitration" crap.
