Atlas Air Hiring

Ah yes, thank you. I made it known right after I saw my test results, and replied to HR. They basically told me what I already know, which is to check email and messages often, and be prepared for 10/7-9 dates if I pass possible phone interview and further reviews of my resume and quals. They are very straightforward, polite, and professional.

I don't know if this was everyone's case, but when I finished my test and viewed the score, it was essentially a distance learning module with an expiration date two months from the date that they sent me the email. Basically, it probably defaults to a two-month window.
That's sort of a WAG. YMMV. Word is that they want it done within a week, though.

Ryan, I sent an updated PAQ since I noticed I left something blank when I initially sent it in a while ago. They didn't ask for it, nor did they acknowledge it, so who knows if that was the right thing to do.
Anyone with the 411: When they call for the phone interview, if you're not able to answer, do they call back a few times? Do they leave you a voicemail and request that you call them back? Or do they assume that you don't want the job and call it a day?

The sooner the better. There's no hard and fast rule, but word is the longer you wait, there's some kind of deduction from your overall score. Wait until your trip ends or you have a long layover. Study a bit and utilize CRM when you take the test. Don't get hung up - come back to an involved question if you have time at the end. It goes by quick.
The process here is opaque, but best we can tell, you score points for each phase of the interview process, from your resume to the online test to the phone interview to the in-person interview. Surely some count more than others, but at the end, apparently they're all totaled up into some kind of final score, which determines your ranking in the hiring pool. The pool gets reindexed every time they run interviews, so it's in your best interest to try to maximize your score.
