Found a typo (had 102 instead of 103 for MEM MD11), plus brings the links closer to the discussion!

Not on that trip, but was about to trade a non disputed pairing for another #37 since it is much less of a pain in the ### than the trip I am on. Operates into CPR, with 7 min more of a layover, but 4 legs instead of 3. I call BS!!!

Not quite sure what you mean here......but if you mean it's ok to trade from a bad non-disputed pairing onto a disputed one, well your wrong......it's not ok. The solution is to get with your PSIT and help provide info and feedback on our continuing sched deterioration. Sched/work rules needs to be the #1 issue in the upcoming negotiations. By the way, if you are looking for a simple cookbook recipe for the quick and successful acheivement of the next contract:

1. Never Fly DP's
2. Just Fly your monthly schedule
3. Fly all deadheads as scheduled
4. No Make-up
5. No volunteer
6. No Draft
7. Take your Vacation (no sell back)
8. Conflict all carryover

If all pilots did these eight very simple, easy to remember things the contract would be concluded and signed in short order. Then, after the ink has dried apply all of the above at your new pay rates and under the new work rules.

I know the pairings you are referring to. #37 was disputed for high CFIT (CPR) after the short layover. The other was CPR before the layover.

If you think it should be disputed, e-mail the PSIT. They work for us.

BTW, I agree with you. They should both be disputed.

Isn't the CA a retired 2 star general? That's leadership for ya.

Am I mistaken or do we have some ANC F/O's wandering from the reservation on the dp's?

Well it is obvious again this month (after 12 hours of open time posting) that the SIG has wasted their time putting out DP's. That also means they have wasted our money. Now don't get me wrong, I support what they do, never fly DP's, and wish everyone would do the same. Instead, we have guys like Capt JB picking up almost 175 hours worth of them in one month, (and every trip has a F/O on it) and the MEC will again do nothing to try and discourage this type of behavior. I know more guys on DP's every month that I thought were good guys and of course they all made a mistake when I contact them. There is no incentive for guys to track DP's and I would say anyone outside this board doesn't know who is flying DP's to begin with. I have heard recent comments from 2 crew members that tell me the leadership in the SIG and our MEC don't seem to be as upset about guys flying DP's as we are on this board. If that is truly the case, we are wasting our time and money. Anyway..I think we all need to contact our reps, both LEC and SIG, and find out why there is not teeth behind making DP flyer's see the light. Why not a list that I can carry with me with the names of guys who fly DP's and the number of DP's they have flown? Honestly, I don't see the DP part of the SIG's job doing any good at all right now and am beyond frustrated with those that fly them and this leadership that allows them do so with no negative repercussions whatsoever. Tony C, you once tried to do something about DP fliers and were told to stop by the MEC I think. What is your input here? Thanks in advance for your response. In the meantime I am writing my reps to hear their response as well. BTW Albie..I hope you chime in is too!
