We’ll, when an Omni pilot has a future class at AA or wherever that grass is greener. There seems to be a trend. Use those sick days, take that vacation, and work as much OT to fill their checking account. Thought that was obvious, but obviously I was wrong about that.

Disagree. If you pick up OT while pilots are furloughed makes you a jerk. Coming in to fly on a strike makes you a scab. Flying the current contract negotiated by the union to pay whatever bills you have is no one's business.

id recommend a phone tree for passing along sensitive information. No email, no posting, no voicemail. Act like the company does with SSI. Never in public.

you are aware that what you’re advocating is illegal correct? A concerted effort and pressuring others to withhold services has been a losing case in court every single time.

That's the silliest thing I have ever heard. Working OT on first year pay is still less than second year pay. If you're going to run yourself into the ground for $$$, at least do it on second year pay when it costs the company considerably more and actually makes a noticeable difference to your bank account.
