I'm sorry you guys are getting whacked over, but... What was that again, about 80 and his father-in law?

Going to poor my self some Glenlivet and go back to surfing the board.

Happy Father's Day weekend to all of the old, new, or about to be Father's out there.

The "ignore" function works great GJ. I haven't had to read his BS for months now.

I like the idea of being optimistic, but really? The company was doing extremely well during our last period of early negotiations, and while I've heard many cite valid reasons (most of which I respectfully disagree with) for voting YES, I don't recall hearing strong voices of support in regards to compensation. That being said, why would you suspect the other side to act any differently the next time around? 8/4/3/3 was incredibly underwhelming, time value of money not withstanding.

Personally, I suspect nothing of the sort. Why would the company's negotiators change their stripes? Out of the goodness of their heart? I expect that if we don't learn from the last bamboozling we're likely to experience another disappointing end result. Next time, please, please someone on the MEC set the negotiating team off with clearer, more thought out and explicit orders. Perhaps a copy of the survey results in hand would be useful as well.

Dear Bucking Bar,

Thank you for you inquiry into the PBS formula for staffing pilots on a major holiday. We have discussed your inquiry and decided to turn you over to the IRS for audit.

Hopefully you will learn your lesson.

Ya really going to make me use my personal drop?

Note from a Doctor? Are you serious? Know how many of those are in my family?

"patient presents with objective pathologies suggesting severe chronic erogophobia with acute holiday onset..."

Dear Bucking Bar,

We understand you had a recent sick call of a major and/or minor American holiday due to "objective pathologies suggesting severe chronic erogophobia and acute holiday onset." This disease in our opinion has qualified you and your Bonanza for addition to the NSA kill list.

Please understand that you are to accept that PBS operated properly and within the boundaries of the contract and you don't ask any follow ups.

Thank you,

Literally the worst day for me re Delta for the last 5 years. Everything all the pro-TA crowd has spouted for the last year rings totally hollow right now.

Thanks for the Debbie Downer.

I just took a look and I moved down 12 numbers, WHAT?? Going from a line holder to a now junior reserve commuter...

BTW I live in a base, held it and over the last year or so and cannot hold it now. Some of that is due to guys living in the base I am now commuting to. They now commute to the base I live in. How screwed up is that? For those that say commuting is a choice, get a clue and go do something to yourself, it is not!

I am getting sick of this crap, might be time for a new job.....What's that number to Truck Masters again?
