Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Man, it's just high and dry season right now...
no Oct bidpacks out yet via backdoor
no AE "at the end of Aug or beginning of Sep" out yet
no new aircraft order announcements
no new 717s delivered
no trips in open time to think about at all
no topics being discussed except DPA vs. ALPA or some orange football team

no good APC fix, man...

What do folks think the chances are for hurricanes in the WATRs during Sep? Will I regret my island hopping sched this month?

Mechanic told me he has been hearing of some sort of announcement occurring tomorrow. I asked him if he thought it had to do with a/c orders, he told me he thinks it is about mx early outs.:mad:
