Overall (5 year; 10 year) then no. They have lost big. |

Well, again, look at the picture. One engine. Thus, F-15.
If it had two engines it'd be a C-12, like this Army C-12: http://www.aircraftrecognition.co.uk.../F-15/F-15.jpg Besides, with all of the A-7s they have on back order why in the world would they want to destroy one? |

Now that the movie is out and some of you guys are discussing it, just so this is never forgotten:
Jesse Ventura, former Minnesota governor, WWE wrestler and whack job TV host sued the estate of Chris Kyle. A Minnesota jury decided this last summer that Ventura had been defamed when Kyle alleged he had punched Ventura in a bar in 2006 over comments he made. The sniper claimed Ventura disparaged Navy SEALs at a memorial service for a SEAL who had been killed when he jumped on a grenade, saying that they “deserved to lose some” for their actions in the war. Ventura, insisted the whole event never happened, and the majority of the jury — it was an unusual split 8-2 decision — appeared to agree with him. Ventura took nearly $2M from the widow and children of an American hero who was not even alive to defend himself. True or not, what a disgusting, low life, sniveling, piece of dog s___ . If somehow, in some bizarro universe, Ventura truly needed "justice" against a dead vet, bring the case, take a buck and your "moral" victory, and go crawl back under your rock. Apparently Ventura no longer feels safe attending UDT or SEAL social functions. Jesse, if you do decide to go, I'd love to be there to watch you attend your last one. I struggled on whether to attach the following graphics. I know herring references can be a little to subtle for some. I hope cartoons aren't taken too literally. My intent is not to make light of the situation but rather to impress what a true douchebag this guy is. http://www.theblaze.com/wp-content/u...27012355_n.jpg http://therealrevo.com/blog/wp-conte...17105447_n.jpg Bob |

Don't worry, I lived in SEA before I got hired at DAL and after 7+ years, no more commute for now! I wish I could say the same for others that live here, but it is part of the game. After this last AE, I hope they all made it home. Looking how things are moving, you should be able to get out here sometime this year I would think, unless some senior ATL guy wants to try the left coast for awhile ;)
Also I too hated to sit NYC reserve and then commute back to SEA. But much like the military, we need to pay our dues in our new career. I am sure we all have some bad crash pad stories to tell, best over a few beers.... One thing to add about NYC, you might fly with some of the best guys at DAL there, so have some fun! Cheers and welcome aboard! The SEA was a one and done for me. Because of my kids' ages we pretty much need to move this summer or not at all. I hated commuting in training when I was positive space, now that I'm JSing like everybody else I'm stressing way too much figuring out how to get to work and back, for my personality this will never work long term. I am fairly certain that I'll be able to move to ATL once the 717 log jam clears, or even bid something else once my seat lock expires. If I tried that for SEA there's no telling how long I'd be commuting so off the Mecca we go. It's the wife's 1st choice so at least I've got that going for me. |

Group 2 19% 320/maddog/737 Group 3 23% 757/767 Group 4 17% widebody Let the whining and spinning and "total compensation" nonsense begin. The line pilots will NEVER accept less than AA rates. So the insiders will COMPLETELY disregard the contract survey and cut our profit sharing. After all, what do the line pilots know? Here is a link with the real rates! http://www.airlinepilotforums.com/at...50114-1530.pdf Jerry as he often does took figures out of context that deal with what kind of raise Delta would have to generate to bring AMR's MOU rates uo to their TA rates if they vote it down. Being on average 10% above our rates is however great news for our contract. |

You really should put a little research into your posts. The AMR rates are on their thread in numerous sections. They will average 7% above our rates at signing and 10% above our rates on 1 JAN 16.
