CVG, our intel from the most reliable sources on this thread are adament that there will be DTW 777 that is 2.5 times larger than JFK, or as said earlier 3 destinations. And if I'm not mistaken hasn't SD said that as well in the crewrooms? I might be wrong on that.

On that note, does anyone know if there will be a ramp up of ER ATL if the 765s really do go to NYC?

Thanks, ftb! Not sure what SD said re this, but I had him on my JS out of Moscow a couple of months ago, and he mentioned 3 daily, year-round destinations as being the point at which a category is economically feasible.

Well NYC777 had a category without any trips out of NYC for a while. Then they got BOM, then they lost that and got NRT. Then they got MAD for a while. I think they're back to only NRT.

3 trips out of a 777 base seems pretty smart to me. (I live in the DTW area, so any more aircraft up here is good)

No AE yet.

Should I start this or go be productive?

BTW, $9.92 share for DAL stock, but its fallen back a little bit since. I think the street is waiting to see what this AE has on it as well as us. :D

Oh wait... babys up... the stay at home moms are very confused about me, why am I home so much?... I'm out.

Just to review, the AE should or could be out tomorrow? Is that right?

No, look for a information letter sometime later today to explain the upcoming AE.

DAL S guys get first dibs on the 777, regardless of where the company puts it, correct?

That's correct. The reverse holds true for the 747 (and the 787).

Yes, that is part of the 5 years from SOC "fence" that was part of the SLI. DALS has first dibs on 777 and DALN has first dibs on 747/787 for the 5 years following SOC.

Splif,

I've been wrong before and will be again, but I'm pretty certain DAL-S guys get the ONLY crack at the 777 due to the arbitrator enforced fences.

Anyone, anyone............
