Going to NRT on Sunday. Just to be clear, I take my western hemisphere stuff as usual and pick up an Asia brick in NRT..........just like we always do, right?

He like the previous guys that we in charge of hiring is a DGS Instructor that had a very successful (full) career at Delta as a seniority listed pilot. I am sure the traditions of Delta's hiring process will continue in some form.

He did my IOE onthe73N back in 2000. His college roomate was GWB. As in DUBYA. he also was a NONMEMBER, I repeat a NONMEMBER!!!!!!! I don't care how nice he is, but he is a *********!!!!!

acl65pilot 05-22-2010 04:51 AM

You sure about that?

Either way the point was that a comment that this position was for career progression purposes was a little off the mark. No more no less.

Being a non-member does not make him a sc...bag.

Because he is a non-member he gained nothing.

Guess the intel for interviewee's is to remove the Gore and Kerry Presidential Campaign stickers from their Hondas and Volvo's.

If he used to the way GW talks, then every applicant should be a Pit Bull on the pantleg of opportunity. No one should "misunderestimate" the need for propper spelling while talking and good diction when writing on their resumepplication. If your dreams take wing, then Delta could help you put food on your family.

Major League.
