If there are chronic violations, I agree with you. There needs to be something to stop it. But if it is... what seems to be the majority of the cases.. an oversight, or simply a mistake made in the heat of battle, I think a grievance is more than likely not warranted. Call them out. Ask to speak to their manager, and if they still assign a trip which you believe is not in compliance with the CBA, then yes contact ALPA for immediate remedy, but also file a grievance to help your Bubbas out. |
