A senior reserve pilot could expect to fly even less than some junior reserves here report (e.g. pretty little), but that's not good enough? Yes, the bucket sizes need to be smaller, and the number of buckets greater. The company would easily adjust to smaller buckets; it's DALPA that's going to want to keep them as big as they are.

In 5 years I've held lines in only 8 bid periods, and I'm moving more junior as each month passes... Ah, ATL....

^^^^ spot on.

I got that same impression talking to dalpa as well. I don't know who is in the driver seat with bucket sizes but with my category there is no way outside of irops that you'll see everyone duty in over the month. I think with an 80 raw youve returned the system to seniority only.

I know the goal was to keep from having a pilot fly because his raw was 1 point less than a junior pilot. But now you can have a pilot 1 number junior with a 120 raw while the pilot senior has 0.

LOA29 could've been great but bug buckets degrades qol for far more than it improves and that improvement is very minor. I don't see that as a win. Call me a populist in this regard.

newK taught this guy to dance:

In fact, if you're lucky enough to see it... when newK does a walkaround he only moves like that. All MEL's are instantly cleared, EDCT's removed, and all FA's reverse age to 20-year-old awesomness.

Dude is the master of his domain.

I however still kick trash cans over and walk into walls.

Reminds me of so you think you can dance, some people are made of flubber, gravity doesn't apply to them. Again, it applies to me.

Are those British Knights?!!! Had a pair of those once, and yes, they did make you dance better.

Yep. Pretty much happens on every takeoff - an aircraft leaves the paved surface.

Scoop :)

Cool sounding song and sweet dance moves, just keep in mind what this song is telling our youth:

The song manages to hide a dark message beneath its cheery tune. "I tend to do that with a lot of songs," Mark Foster told MTV News."

Yeah! He found a six-shooter gun
in his dad's closet, with the box of fun things.
I don't even know what,
but he's coming for you. Yeah, He's coming for you!

All the other kids with the pumped up kicks,
You better run, better run, outrun my gun.
All the other kids with the pumped up kicks,
You better run, better run, faster than my bullet.

If your kids are listening to this song, talk to them about the real meaning. If you have cool sneakers, I have a gun?

[Serious parent soapbox stepdown]

Even though I can do all of those things, there is one question I just can't seem to answer:

Why is it that my wife can fall asleep and continue to sleep like a baby with the TV on and house hunters international blasting at full volume, but if sports center is on damn near mute she's restless because she hates sports talk?

I think we should chalk this one up as things New k will never understand.....

No sierra;

I dont like TV, my wife likes to sleep with the tv on. So, she goes to sleep to some E lameness, I change the channel to top gear and turn down the volume and now she's an insomniac and its my fault. Weeemun!

If there was a Closer marathon, my wife would sleep through the whole thing, no matter how many days it was on. Switch to dogfights and BOOM, its like an alarm clock went off and she's up on the wrong side of the bed.

I don't really try to understand it Newk, I just accept that it is my fault. I'm ok with that:D
