Another thing to think about. Pay-rates are taxed and then DALPA takes their, cut but QOL is not taxed..........................................at least not yet.

That's exactly why we need MORE sick leave, not less, with cheaper medical premiums, which have kept going up up up, along with deductibles, and we needed more hours per day for training, vacation and at home training credit.

Oh, and at least one more nickel of per diem.

How much sick time did you stand to lose under the rejected agreement Timbo?

Really? When was the merger and why did they hire in 2010???

As our contract is written now, we get 100 hours of 'unverified' sick leave per year, no look-back.

Under the failed TA, it changed to '15 days' with a look-back provision.

At the daily guarantee of 5:15/dy, that's only 78:45 hours per year unverified.

We stood to lose 21:15 hours of unverified sick leave.

Did you by chance read through TA2015 to review the OE trip pull provisions yet? Just curious.

Yes I did. You are still wrong and in denial. Did you get a chance to call Contract Admin and ask them about the many enforceable provisions outside the PWA?

That's not what I asked. You wrote, "That's exactly why we need MORE sick leave, not less." I asked you how much sick leave you would have lost under the rejected agreement.
