Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
Lol. You have to understand what it was like at AWAC. Months would go by and maybe, if someone died you would move up a spot.

For perspective... The July 2016 upgrade class of four at AWAC has yet to receive a training date. I know at least one who has been making captain pay as an FO since Dec.

Rather silly, don't you think? At 2350 on the 1st, there is no issue with having paper in the cockpit. 11 minutes later, suddenly the paper is forbidden material, and must be taken to the back of the plane? Doesn't make sense. Not saying I want to carry it around, but carry it I must, until the end of the trip after 2 May. What does it really matter if it's in the cockpit, not being used, as it has been for the past 6 weeks?

If I read this correctly you're saying you have 975 hours 121. 1,000 is a regulatory requirement and cannot be reduced by the JCBA. Good news is you should be able to upgrade next vacancy and you'll move back in front of those guys who will upgrade this round.

If you are applying the 75 hours to the 121 time... you cannot do that. It is 1,000 hours by FAR, no less, at award date. You can only forecast the 75 hours towards company time.

That would make sense, except it doesn't. Did they move the weight to the back (for W&B)? Doubt it. Kind of like babies that weigh nothing, and pink-tagged bags that suddenly float in mid-air if you take them out of the cargo bin and put them in an overhead bin. And let's not even get into average pax weights.
But I get it - logic has no place in the decision making process.
