Endeavor isn't a bad place, however now is the time to start making a change. A five year contract extension is a long time period when retirements are becoming in full swing and the airline model is changing. You can choose to stay at Endeavor, however many of us want to be at a major for our own reasons including long term compensation. It's clear our reps need to hear from us and if you disagree with flow, tell them. The lanyards are just another channel of communication. To a few of your points earlier, we indeed have four year degrees, unblemished records and attend the career fairs. We also want to make this place better and want to help this place ensure the best candidates are hired. Our current contract + flow is a way to ensure that. This is about getting the conversation started, whether you agree or not, at least we are doing something about it.
If you're going to put on a neon lanyard attempting to drive a stake into the ground between management and the pilot group, at least do it for something attainable. A flow is NOT currently attainable. Far from it. I encourage you to look at the numbers. The mothership is staffing themselves just fine, with thousands of applications on file, and swimming in the pool. But because we've had good metrics and Ed got on YouTube and said 'gold-standard', you've somehow gained a false sense of security, and your plan is to now wear a lanyard in an attempt to force their hand to allow you to 'flow' into their company?

They couldn't care less about our wants or needs. To them, WE ARE A COST WHICH MUST BE CONTROLLED. BAR NONE.

So to think that Delta will warm up to a flow because we perform well or we wear green lanyards demanding a flow is just insane. Delta wants Endeavor to stay in their lane and act like a contractor because that's all we are to them. They don't care about us and they never will. Sadly this is the reality guys.

Now does that mean they are a bad company? No absolutely not. They look out for their own and we are anything but that. Regardless of the kumbyah in MSP.

What you should all be worried about is the future of this airline which has NO flying contracted thru 2020. Go chew on that one and stop worrying about a flow.
No wholly owned carrier has contracted flying. Furthermore, They could buy us out of the Bridge Agreement tomorrow, if Delta wanted to as well.

Delta will start interviewing DGI pilots next year, once those pilots start getting CJOs, I bet they will be happy to get in line behind a flow.

I know there are a bunch of salty jerkoffs who troll the forms but I fail to understand why people portray Endeavor to be worse than Mesa.

If you refuse to leave or you have not actively improved your chances of moving on by attending job fairs, volunteer work, or other extracurricular activities then you are the only one to blame. Put all your eggs in the Delta basket? Not Delta's faut; it's yours.

Majors, ostensibly, want to hire good people not just good jet drivers.

Direct quote from a Delta LCA who was nice enough to let me jump seat home recently: You want to get hired at Delta? Wear the hat, promote the brand, don't abuse sick calls, and show pride in your work.

Anyone using the Clarity Aloft pro?
Currently on the A20 and I want something lighter. Looked at DC Pro but a few folks I know returned theirs.

I'm thinking of David Clarks. What are they not liking about them?

Been using the Clarity Aloft for 4 years after using the original Bose X for years. I love the smaller size of the CA both for wearing and the commute. Sometimes I forget I have it on because it's so lite. It's much more comfortable to wear when you have to use glasses, too, versus the clamp style Bose and DCs.

Good luck with that. You gotta get past Congress and the Colgan lobby.
