I'm sure some boneheads would abuse the privilege.
This would upset some folks but I've been suggesting something like this. Non-rev privileges should be organized to work, to home, and leisure with various airline-appropriate sub-priorities.

Somebody going to or from work should never be bumped off by people going on vacation. I wouldn't be surprised to see this in some way becoming reality with ever-increasing pressure to maximize yields and load factors.

Same priority code on our own metal as DL...so you will go ahead of a mainline guy/gal if they were hired at DL after your hire date. Mainline will go ahead of you if their hire date is earlier than yours. Applies to 9E metal only.

To and from work should be categorized the same

Can mainline use their S-2 on Endeavor?

Not a hundred percent on this, but pretty sure they cannot.

I'm probably being overly paranoid, but I'm finding it odd that both Endeavor and Skywest supposedly have a big announcement next week. Anyone else know anything about this?

Assuming they're related is probably giving both airlines coordination abilities undue credit.

Be very careful with this. The FOM states a flight kit must be brought to all scheduled training events, plus the FOM for FO and CFM for CA. Jepps are part of the flight kit and the instructor is within his rights to check the currency. People have been disciplined for being behind in their Jepps in recurrent ground. Is it a hassle to bring them? Yes. Does the FOM say it is required to bring them? Yes. Unless there is something new in the "welcome to recurrent" email. I usually bring them on day 1 then ask the instructor if we can just leave them in the hotel.
