Envoy to participate in AAG Profit Sharing program
Envoy team –
I’m pleased to share some exciting news from American Airlines Group (AAG) that will directly benefit our employees.
Today AAG announced that it is establishing a new profit sharing program for employees of AAG companies – including its wholly owned regional carriers. Effective with its 2016 earnings, AAG will set aside five percent of every pre-tax dollar earned each year into a profit sharing pool, and that pool will be shared among all participants (excluding management levels 5 and above).
This new program applies to U.S.-based Envoy and Eagle Aviation Services, Inc. (EASI) employees, as well as international Envoy and Executive Airlines employees, except where prohibited by law. Unlike our past profit sharing programs where payouts were based on Envoy financial results, this program will pay out based on AAG’s annual performance. For more information, refer to the FAQs posted on my.envoyair.com.
Like Monday’s announcement that American will be placing five additional aircraft with Envoy in the coming weeks, our inclusion in this program demonstrates the value our team brings to AAG and ensures that our people share in the company’s success.
Thank you for all you do to provide safe and reliable service to American’s customers every day. Together, I know we can look forward to even more success.

But, I thought we didn't make a difference in everyday operAAtions to justify profit sharing?

Standard interview is usually a sim. It consist of basic stuff (takeoff, track a VOR, a hold, and a couple of approaches). They send you a packet prior with limitations and call outs. A tech interview. One on one. What would you do, jep symbols, etc. And third, a typical HR. As prior 121 I believe you only need to do the HR interview.
