Upgrades for new hires is 2 to 2.5 years.
That makes it a projection, not a fact.

So we're still the lowest paid pilots, I believe, just our new hires do good.

Math doesn't lie. 40 Captains leave in one month, we upgrade 40 more. You are twisting the facts.

Upgrades at every airline is a projection..right up until the moment you upgrade. What's your point?

What Envoy can guarantee that others can't is 30-40 SENIOR pilots leaving per month via the flow to AA. Other Regionals can't predict their attrition, or if that attrition will come from the top of the seniority list or the bottom.

So Envoy's projections are much more accurate because we have this known attrition quantity-the flow through-and we know exactly where on the seniority list that attrition will come from.

You all know it's a very educated projection under current conditions. You all know that theres way too many variables at play to "promise it". That's all, call it what it is, a projection.

Check your reading and comprehension skills. Then we can continue having a conversation. I would copy/paste my last post to you but that would be pandering too much. I'm sure you are just on a turn and reading too fast. You are better than this..

You are twisting the English language, the very idea of mathematics, and the already tiny possibility that anyone could take you seriously.

Anyone care to explain Envoy's commuter policy. Also, heard that all new hires are going to ORD so how long to get DFW as a CRJ driver? Thanks.

If the company wanted to do something impactful they would have got rid of the B scale, or should I say f scale since we're already at the Regionals. Then, they could have done the raises the way they did and made a couple QOL changes. And people would have been happy. Instead they took the route of let's get new hires in here and hope they don't realize how crappy it is until yr. 2. They're still tucking their heads in the sand. Kirby may be gone, but he wore off on these two.
