Spineless pilots like yourself are exactly why our QOL keeps declining. You still want that B scale? How about PBS? I hear that is a BIG winner for the FAs. Yuge! I guarantee it! Let me guess, you’re upset about the reserve throw out?

Anyone know when we could expect to hear about a new reserve system since the last one was shot down? (And rightfully so)
And since when are FO's getting $74k year one? Cause that's not what I'm making.. not even close.

Uhhh sure, but we are losing all 30 of our 700's to PSA and a number of 145's to piedmont... aircraft wise we are not "growing" at all the way I see it...

Unfortunately, we are growing. We just got 4 new E175s and 10 more in 2018, plus 40 or so EMB 140s coming out of retirement. Get rid of the damn CRJs so we can catch up with staffing. Growth sucks for QOL!

Unfortunately, that's incorrect. We are growing. And at this point that's not a good thing.

Which truthfully is still lower than it should be considering the metrics Envoy pilots hired after 2014 and Piedmont pilots enjoy. 10 /month is good. 12-15 would have been closer to the metrics at EVY and PDT. We’ll be flowing 2014 hires by late 2018 / early 2019 though which is incredible for those hired right in that early 2014 “sweet spot”. Plus I guess the company and union have agreed that when PSA stops growing they will revisit our flow agreement with the possibility of increasing it further.

Wow. That stings, especially considering 2011 hires from another subsidiary of a holding company won't go until well into 2020 at the earliest.
