I could say the same about you. You never post anything positive and fail to see the big picture. Perhaps when you upgrade and get some experience you may see things differently.

Explain then how the current qol fits in your big picture. Your positives are as I understand, quick upgrade and flow in 5 years. Those are not current positives they are futuristic, what the rest of us who point out the sad issues at envoy are present day, current daily issues which effect qol.

Whenever someone disagrees with you, you resort to personal attacks and name calling. You pretend the negativity is unwarranted; the fact is, people are negative because QOL is so much worse now than in the past (in addition to horrible schedules, bankruptcy, Comair 2 shutdown threats, 2 consecutive concessionary contracts, losing most of our domiciles, punitive management, etc).

There are plenty of legitimate reasons why people are negative. Most of us don't want negativity either, but it's tough with current company culture.

Why don't you address legitimate concerns instead of resorting to ad hominem personal attacks?

I am not negative. I just point out the facts. Plain and simple QOL is a huge drop from the norm. Lines are terrible and if you would fly them then you would know. The fact that we have no lines with 16 days off is bad. We are not able to drop trips. Reserve isn't very commutable.

Positives:
2-2.5 year upgrades.
High FO pay
Flow to AA
Senior reserve for FOs
Good crews
150-200% OT
Massive amounts of new hires and upgrades.
175
Anything I'm missing? Anything you would like to add?

I would recommend anyone within driving distance to go to Envoy. If you commute, then that's a different story.

Is that enough positives for you?

You will find many on this forum with highly negative views. Very few posters are balanced (like Pedro).

What, I'm sorry but Pedro4President is one of the most honest guys on here when he posts envoy. Honestly let's be realistic and cut the crap, honesty goes a long way with your employees.
