You put out numbers that Envoy would flow 40 per month starting in January. That was a bold face lie. No way around it. There was absolutely ZERO chance of that happening.
You say we are averaging 70'per month. Again a lie.
Our hiring numbers are very stong but when you have two combined months that have 140ish doesn't create an average. After 4-6 months then you can call it an average.
You over state the positive and completely disregard the negative. Until you can at least admit schedules are bad then your comments here are not welcome.

Explain then how the current qol fits in your big picture. Your positives are as I understand, quick upgrade and flow in 5 years. Those are not current positives they are futuristic, what the rest of us who point out the sad issues at envoy are present day, current daily issues which effect qol.

I put out numbers that are accurate. I'm just pointing out that this guy has the right attitude. If we could just get the 10% of the negative Nancy's here to adopt this philosophy then maybe all of the negativity would be removed from here. As I say, 90% of Envoy pilots don't subscribe to or believe in all the negative hype thrown out here in this thread.
The flow is real and strong. You have evidence of that each and every month. What is it going to take for you to buy in?

There are plenty of legitimate reasons why people are negative. Most of us don't want negativity either, but it's tough with current company culture.
Why don't you address legitimate concerns instead of resorting to ad hominem personal attacks?

Massive amounts of new hires and upgrades.

I would recommend anyone within driving distance to go to Envoy. If you commute, then that's a different story.

I am not negative. I just point out the facts. Plain and simple QOL is a huge drop from the norm. Lines are terrible and if you would fly them then you would know. The fact that we have no lines with 16 days off is bad. We are not able to drop trips. Reserve isn't very commutable.

What, I'm sorry but Pedro4President is one of the most honest guys on here when he posts envoy. Honestly let's be realistic and cut the crap, honesty goes a long way with your employees.
