I'm not going to jump into online banter about what pay increase we deserve for the next 10 pages. Besides PBS bidding systems and rest of the JCBA has been negotiated pretty quickly. I think the TA will be done soon and it will allow for growth while protecting what we have.

Let me get this straight, delta and united will have to park 50 seaters. SKW inc flies 710+ out of the 900 that scope allows in a few years but all of you believe that you will grow?!?!? By summer's end you will see SKW inc whipsaw Skywest airlines vs Expressjet airlines not for growth aircraft but for who gets to shrink the least and gets the large Rjs.

For both Trip7 and pilot666, the relevant question is, are you talking about a modest pay raise and retaining QOL as it pertains to the current ASA contract? Because that would be a significant pay cut and decrease in QOL as it pertains to the LXJT side.
A modest raise to the LXJT contract would the the equivalent to demanding huge pay raises for the ASA contract.

Anyways it's an irrelevant debate, because the union has released a statement saying they are committed to expediting a JCBA in order to give the company the flexibility and economics to add new growth aircraft like the EMB-175 while maintaining the QOL for all pilots. I stand by the union and that statement.
If you guys want to banter for the next 5 pages about how much better L-XJT's contract is carry on, I'll wait for a TA

So of course you are willing to take a modest raise and keep your current QOL from your contract but that would be a "significant" concession on both for us on the XJT contract.
My fear is that my union will agree to a TA that has only a modest pay raise and maintains your QOL in order to chase the 175 carrot. Personally, this is just me talking, I rather whither in the vine.
Keep your plan B and C ready!

How about agree that your modest raise and maintains your QOL would be a concession to LXJT. Or putting it another way, a modest pay raise to the LXJT contract would be a significant raise to ASA?
Keep in mind the facts:
Pay rates
401k matching
B fund
Vacation accrual
Sick accrual
Per diem
Health benefits
Premium caps
Scheduling rules
Reserve rules
Pretty much all the financial drivers.
